Lakeshore and Lake Vista
Located in the southeastern portion of Louisiana, the renowned city of New Orleans is one of the most visited cities in the nation. Composed of 19.64 square miles total, Lakeshore/Lake Vista has only 1.12 square miles of land, the rest being water. Lakeshore is divided into “Lakeshore East” and “Lakeshore West” by Canal Boulevard. Lake Vista is one superblock with no arterial streets passing through it, but going around it instead. The two communities are home to around 3,500 residents and an abundance of beautiful real estate.
